About this meditation
This workshop is a 45-minute meditation, accessible to all levels of experience.
Our intention is to practise simple heart-focused techniques which will improve our personal health and happiness and our ability to feel, care and have an appreciation for ourselves and others.
When is this workshop running?
This meditation is running every Wednesday from 20:15 to 21:00 until the end of May.
