Heart-focused breathing meditation (free)
This workshop is a 45-minute meditation, accessible to all levels of experience.
Our intention is to practise simple heart-focused techniques which will improve our personal health and happiness and our ability to feel care and appreciation for ourselves and others.
This meditation is running every Wednesday from 20:15 to 21:00 until the end of May.
