In over 153 pages, you will be taken through EFT step-by-step; consolidating previous learning for those with some experience, and providing a solid foundation for those new to EFT.

• how EFT positively influences the central nervous system, immune system, and endocrine system
• to use tearless trauma techniques

• You will also complete a thorough exam, and provide four case studies to ensure you are EFT confident.
