Change your life course

Each of the six monthly sessions includes a short relaxation to begin. Next is teaching of stress management and how to use it to change. We end with a long meditation.
This course is to give group members a calm moment in their busy lives so that they can reflect and change their lives for the better.
A free ebook is included with each session so that group members can see what has been covered and how it can help them.
The first session is on a Thursday evening. Each one after that is on a Friday evening.


Studying Hypnotherapy made me realise that there are many similarities between it and Meditation. In Hypnotherapy the practitioner helps the client change things.
