Behind the Tractor Sessions
Come along and experience some easy, enjoyable relaxation techniques and simple self-calming tools. All here to help you feel more in control and flow more smoothly with those everyday challenges and stresses. You will discover how you can allow yourself to slow down and relax more. You will also learn some useful tips and tools, including self-hypnosis techniques. There will also be the opportunity to find out more about how hypnotherapy can help with anxiety and stress related issues.
Each session will conclude with a lovely soothing, guided group relaxation. Learning to relax and let go of the smaller stuff makes it so much easier to surf those bigger life challenges.
I have been a practising therapist for seven years and undertook my training with ISIS School of Integrated Hypnotherapy in Brighton, East Sussex. I have a nursing and patient safety background, with many years experience of providing emotional support to and client affected by bereavement, trauma and mental health issues.
