A journey into relaxation
Curious about hypnotherapy and how it can support your well-being? Join us for a gentle, welcoming Introduction to hypnotherapy session – designed to help you experience the power of guided relaxation and subconscious connection.
In this group hypnosis session, you’ll learn what hypnotherapy is (and what it isn’t), explore how it can help with stress, anxiety, self-confidence, and more… and enjoy a deeply calming guided hypnosis journey.
No prior experience needed. Please arrive at 7.15 pm for a 7.30 pm start.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A cushion or pillow for your head
- A warm blanket or throw
- Water or herbal tea (optional)
- Comfortable clothing
Price: £15 per person
Spaces limited to 8 attendees – booking essential.
