1-day parts therapy workshop
This CPD course is a great technique to add to your therapy toolbox. Parts therapy helps clients solve an inner conflict. It can be used for confidence, anxiety, smoking, public speaking and weight loss and that's only a small example. Parts therapy is a brilliant and effective way of creating change in a client's behaviour patterns.
On the day you'll learn:
- what parts therapy is
- when to use parts
- pre-talk with your client
- how to establish IMR
- calling out the conflicting part
- questioning and maintaining rapport
- calling out motivating part
What you’ll receive:

There will be a practical demonstration on the day, and you will have the opportunity to facilitate parts therapy in the classroom.
Free tea and coffee are available all day. There is free parking as well provided for you, and if you're coming from further away, we're handily located right next to a Travel Lodge.
The cost of our workshop is £150 and you will be presented with a certificate at the end of the day.
