About me
Fully qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist. Specialising in stress, anxiety, phobias and dilemma's (feeling stuck). I also work with a host of other issues including weight management, smoking cessation, physical pain, insomnia self-esteem and confidence. (The list below is not exhaustive)
Having studied at the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, I have successfully helped clients achieve results professionally throughout the UK and Internationally for the past 12 years.
Working towards fast and effective results for many issues, addressing your well-being, positive mental health and physical ailments.
On occasion, I may use a combination of therapies and tools (please refer to my qualifications) with hypnotherapy tailored to suit your needs. Working to high standards with the focus of facilitating positive change.
For some issues 2-5 sessions are necessary to notice change, however for deep seated issues or programmes, additional sessions may be required.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
