About me
I specialise in Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Panic Attacks, Confidence Issues, Public Speaking, Anger Issues & Relationship Issues. However I also work with a very wide range of other issues. I work with people from the age of 16 upwards.
I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Advanced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. I have over 20 years experience as a therapist working with clients of all ages from 16-85.

I use my skills in hypnotherapy, counselling and EFT to provide the best possible service I can for my clients. I will listen to the issues and difficulties you are experiencing and I will then write a script specifically aimed at helping you to resolve these issues and difficulties, so everyone gets their own unique experience.
Hypnotherapy is a process of deep relaxation, my job as a hypnotherapist is to plant positive seeds in the unconscious mind whilst the conscious mind is totally relaxed. I will do my very best to help you to feel at ease and assure you that hypnotherapy is simply deep relaxation. The more you allow yourself to relax during the session and allow yourself to let go of the everyday stresses and challenges that you maybe facing, the more successful the process of hypnotherapy will be. That is simply all you have to do, just lie there & let go, it's as easy as that! You will also enjoy the pleasure and benefits that deep relaxation brings during your hypnotherapy session. Many of my clients have commented that it is the most relaxed that they have ever been when they come round from their session.

I work between the hours of - 11.30am-8pm on Tuesday's Wednesday's & Thursday's & 11.30am-7pm on Friday's. I offer a free 20 minute introductory consultation.

I received an email from a lady client named Helen who came to see me a few years ago. Helen was having heart surgery in early January the following year, she had 4 sessions of hypnotherapy for stress, anxiety and fear. Helen has very kindly given me permission to share the content of her email and to show the email to anyone who is considering having hypnotherapy with me.
