Dr Anbar has said that hypnotherapy has a very therapeutic value in children with respiratory disorders as it alleviates symptoms such a difficulty breathing and reducing discomfort in medical procedures.
Scientists have already found that children are far more receptive to hypnosis than adults and therefore can successfully use the therapy as a treatment for their respiratory problems.
The scientists have also found that children who suffer from respiratory disorders due psychological issues showed a huge improvement in comparison to those having other breathing problems.
