She chose to deliver her son Benjamin in a water birth and explained that during her 8 hour labour she experienced no pain and was even feeling well enough to do the dishes the next day.
Bundchen is just one of a growing number of women who now opt for a more natural way of bringing their child into the world. During her pregnancy she undertook yoga, mediation, hypnosis and finally water birth all in a bid to avoid taking medication and an epidural during labor.
