Barbara Neill GQHP, Dyspraxia Specialist, GHR Acknowledged Supervisor
Help with; anxiety, weight loss, healthy eating, addictions including smoking, dyspraxia, low self-esteem and much more.
I am a dyspraxia specialist. I also have a special interest in healthy eating and have developed Conscious Eating; Mindful Meals, (please see my website for details). Hypnotherapy sessions via Skype are available.
My father, Bob Neill, was one of the first professional hypnotherapists in the UK. He continued to practice hypnotherapy until he passed away in 2006. Because of this, I am in the privileged position of having known about hypnotherapy all my life.
I played a supporting role in my father's practice for many years before qualifying as a hypnotherapist in my own right, in 2005. This has enabled me to continue my father's work with the same compassion, integrity and sincerity for which he was known and respected and, like him, I always aim for complete success in one session though, for some people, a second session may be needed.
I now help clients to stop smoking; with weight loss; healthy eating; public speaking; confidence; anxiety; fears & phobias and self-improvement, such as learning a musical instrument; improving sports etc. and I specialise in helping people who have dyspraxia, as I am dyspraxic, myself. I am the author of the books, "Dyspraxia and Hypnotherapy" and "Working with Dad", which are available in both paperback and kindle editions from Amazon.
I can help with many conditions and situations so, if whatever you are looking for isn't listed here, please contact me anyway. It's likely that I'll be able to help.
In addition to helping people with healthy eating, I offer a 10% discount to members of The Vegan Society.

Well Barbara, what you did for my son was such a success. He's kept clean and doesn't want to take that stuff anymore. We are so grateful to you. Thank you so much. He only had one session of hypnotherapy and it's made him so different as a person. xx C.S.
Thank you, Barbara! I was so anxious about that job interview and as you know I couldn't even face turning up for it the first time. I was lucky to get a second chance and even luckier to have a session of hypnotherapy. It was just as you said it would be. I actually enjoyed the interview and I got the job! Thank you so much. H.B.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am in the unusual and privileged position of having been familiar with hypnotherapy throughout my life, thanks to my father, Bob Neill, who discovered his own gift for hypnotherapy as early as 1943.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
I am also a GHR Acknowledged Hypnotherapy Supervisor, and I offer one-to-one supervision to both newly-qualified and established hypnotherapists.
I also have an ITEC qualification in Anatomy & Physiology, as well as a PTLLS teaching qualification and I have studied Cognitive Psychology, Educational Psychology and Social Psychology at Degree level.
I specialise in helping people who have dyspraxia. I am dyspraxic, myself, and I am a co-founder of T2D - The Two Dyspraxics. Together with Matthew Munson, I have made a series of videos, available on YouTube, on various aspects of Dyspraxia. I have an excellent understanding of the issues involved and have published a book, "Dyspraxia and Hypnotherapy", which is available from Amazon in both paperback and Kindle editions. I also teach Dyspraxia Awareness, (please contact me for details), including Dyspraxia Awareness for Hypnotherapists.
