Hi I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, HypnoBand practitioner,and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working in Menstrie, just a few miles from Stirling. Using either suggestion or analytical hypnotherapy or CBT therapy I will be able to help you with problems or symptoms you may have. For example, anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, smoking, weight control, exam nerves or fear and phobias are just some of the many symptoms I can help you with.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Having trained as a hypnoanalyst with the Hypnotherapy Control Board which is Europe's largest Hypnotherapy School, I am a member of the International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts (MIAPH) and you can be assured that I will provide you with excellent care and attention, with full confidentially at all times. Fully CRB checked.
