I am an advanced clinical transformational hypnotherapist my training and experience is from the UK and internationally, which means I can offer my clients powerful techniques and therapies such as EFT, Regression, Self-Hypnosis and Progressive Relaxation.  By combining techniques and therapies I can offer personalised therapy for each of my clients, by tailor making my sessions to fit each client I can offer lasting, permanent changes.

My advanced level of hypno-psychotherapy with a number of highly recognised trainers for instance, Anthony Robbins author and life coach, Cal Banyan Author of 'The secret Language of Feelings' and founder of 5 PATH and 7 Path.  I follow Gerald Kein's approach to hypnotherapy and healing, along with Gary Craig's Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

I provide a professional hypnotherapy service using tools and techniques from a broad spectrum of models. This integrative and systematic method of working enables me to select the most appropriate methods to help individualise therapy to your needs this enabling you to deal with any issues that are causing you concern, and then neutralising them at the route to put an end to your symptoms.  I show you ways to manage feelings, addictions and cravings so that you can take control of your life.

I have had much success working with children.
