Louise has a profound belief that hypnotherapy techniques can help a great many people in their daily lives; helping them to make the changes they would like to make.

Louise uses a number of person centred hypnotherapy techniques (including NLP).  You will always be treated as an individual in order to help you change what you want.

Vale Hypnotherapy is based in the Vale of Belvoir, near to Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Grantham - within easy reach of many other places in the East Midlands & beyond, including Leicester, Loughborough, Lincoln, Newark, Stamford, and Peterborough.

Appointments are available Monday to Fridays, mornings, afternoons and some evenings.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Louise is a fully qualified hypnotherapist and Mind Coach ( with a diploma in Clinical Hypnosis & Mind Coaching & a certificate in Smoking Cessation).

Louise has helped people in many areas, including inner child healing, sport injury recovery, increase motivation to take exercise, stress management, habit breaking, moving on, insomnia, managing expectations, stop smoking, stop eating certain foods, have more control over life situations, healthy eating/living, stop nail biting, fear of holidays, fear of failure and being calm & confident.

Fees

One off session £65/session.
Each session is 90 mins long.
A free 30 minute telephone consultation is offered  before  booking first appointment.
