My name is Lesley La Hay. I have a background and qualifications in nursing and midwifery. Having tried hypnotherapy myself, I found it to be a very effective way to make the changes I wanted in my own life.

And so, I became a hypnotherapist. Throughout, I find it to be the most comfortable way to promote change. Whatever the problem, hypnosis helps you to go straight to its source and helps you find a solution.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. It is that place between sleep and wakefulness. You are not asleep though, just very relaxed.

How does it work?

During this state of relaxation, I will guide you to make the changes you require and so help you achieve the goals you aim for. This can be done by simply talking to your relaxed mind or using more analytical therapy to find out why you have the problem and so how to fix it.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Having been in a caring profession, I felt the need to return. My clients feel they are in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about their problems and hopes for the future.

I have a Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy and am a registered practitioner on the General Hypnotherapy Register (no. 4012) and also with the National Hypnotherapy Register (NHR).

Fees

The first step is to contact me. Do this either by phone or using the email form. From here we will discuss a little of your history, what you wish to achieve and how to proceed.

You can pay for the therapy by cash or by cheque at the session. If you prefer to use credit or debit card please pay before your session with the appropriate PayPal button on my website.

Hypnotherapy - £40 per session
