Profile
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist practicing in Nottingham. I practice Clinical Hypnotherapy to help weight control (including the hypnotic gastric band), relieve anxiety, fear of flying, improve sports performance and many other issues.
My background is in both further and secondary education, I have always been fascinated in helping people learn and achieve change to move their lives forward. I wanted to resolve a personal issue and so this lead me to research hypnotherapy and go on to train as a hypnotherapist.
I am registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy and I follow their strict code of ethics. I also have full professional insurance.
I run weight loss workshops. These group sessions aid weight loss in a very supportive and cost effective way.
