Hello,

I began my training some 17 years ago, with an in depth holistic healer training course at the Spectrum Health Trust in Barton Le-Clay. I also went on to qualify in Reiki I and II. I developed this passion for learning about helping people to change their lives and this resulted in studying and qualifying as an Integrative Counselling Hypno-Psychotherapist in many different fields.I then studied NLP, which stands for neuro linguistic psychotherapy,Hypnotherapy,Hypno-psychotherapy. I also had to work on my own issues and that was hard. I personally take regular personal therapy and supervision, as this allows me to work safely and ethically, to ensure a quality service to my current future clients.

I have developed programmes that really do help other people move on with their lives. I can offer various unique programmes which can be tailored to suit a clients requirement. I.E Weight loss, Anti-Stress/Anxiety reduction, Depression,Confidence.Sexual problems,Phobias and fears etc.

I really do need to here you voice after I have replied to your email. This gives me a chance to speak with you briefly, to assess whether or not an initial consultation can take place in the future.

I also offer a free initial 30 minute consultation, which gives you the client the opportunity to experience hypnosis and to ask any questions relating to the process of hypnosis.

Fee's are on application. The 3 and 4 week programmes offer substantial savings and are great value for money. For Example the weight loss programme will save you £220.

I have trained in depth, in a wide range of disciplines, that can be blended to each clients specific requirement. The concern people present, is never the real issue and I/we will look into how you actually arrived to feel and think the way you do. There is always a point in time where you really were "Alright," even if it was only for just five seconds. The Job is to find that trigger point, or the catalyst that has brought you here today.

I personally do not have your answers, as the only person that does is you. The first session is the hardest, as I will be asking you lots of questions. They may seem strange and unusual. Your honesty and openness is the key to alleviating your concern on any level. I will work with you and you will be in a safe environment, in which you can explore your concern.
