I am a registered Member of the IAPH, (The International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysists), which is dedicated to the professional and ethical use of Hypnosis allied to the practise of Psycho-Anaylsis for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems.

I specialise in treating Anxiety disorders, fears, phobias emotional or psychological problems. I have been studying hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis since 1994, I hold Diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis. and I have followed a course in Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis and Hypnosis. I have satisfied the Hypnotherapy Control Board (HBC) as to my knowledge and level of competence in order to be qualified, practice and specialise in Hypnoanalytical Therapy!

As a member of the IAPH I under go regular supervision,CPD (Continuing Personal Development), advanced training, seminars as well as the benefits from regular meetings and support from fellow IAPH members.

IAPH members are bound by a Code of Practice of the highest order and covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis are a wonderful way of dealing with most Psychological problems, like Stress, Fear, Phobias, Sexual Problems, Social Shyness (Social Anxiety) and many more,

Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis are safe, relaxing, quick and above all EFFECTIVE! Analytical Hypnotherapy usually taking between 8-12 sessions at weekly intervals, will often cure the problems permanently (using traditional therapies it takes 2 to 4 years)!

I run my Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis practice from my consulting room in North Baddesley, near Southampton.
