I am a qualified Hypnotherapist working in the Burgess HIll area of Sussex. I offer an holistic approach to emotional health & well being: I can offer individual Hypnotherapy sessions, as well as group classes (for weight loss specifically). I can also offer Shiatsu treatments to assist with the relief of stress and tension, with the aim of achieving and maintaining emotional and physical calm & balance.

I have 13 years experience of working with children with social, emotional and behavioural problems; ASD; OCD and ADHD. I have a current Enhanced CRB check which is updated regularly.
