I am a qualified Hypnotherapist working in the Burgess HIll area of Sussex. I offer an holistic approach to emotional health & well being: I can offer Hypnotherapy treatments for a wide range of problems. I also offer Shiatsu treatments to assist with the relief of stress and tension, with the aim of achieving and maintaining emotional and physical calm & balance.

As well as working with adults in therapy, I have 13 years experience of working n a therapeutic setting with children with social, emotional and behavioural problems; ASD; OCD and ADHD. I hold a current Enhanced CRB certificate.

Fees
Hypnotherapy; Sessions are charged at a flat rate of £50. Treatment plans can vary from 3 - 10 sessions depending on the problem presented. Each sessions lasts 60 - 90 minutes.
Shiatsu treatments last for 90 mins and cost £60. Treatments can be one-off sessions. It is possible and beneficial to book a course of sessions for those who like to have regular opportunities to detox and rebalance, stretch and relax. Block bookings of 4 or more shiatsu sessions are charged at a reduced rate of £50 per session.
