My name is Elaine Fleet, and I have worked predominantly in the Health & Social Care Public Sector for the past 12 years as well as developing my personal consultancy business from my base near Newmarket in Suffolk. I am based only 14 miles from Cambridge and local to all key transport links including the A14 and M11 linking Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and London. My practice is based in modern premises just off the A14 in Bury St Edmunds.
I work with individuals who have low self confidence or specific self esteem issues, as well as small to medium sized companies who require manager mentoring support programmes in relation to stress and anxiety management.
I specialise in supporting Women who experience feelings of low confidence in their personal and/or professional lives, and my specific clinical interest is in women who experience confidence crises as they reach, or as a result of, passing through the menopause.
I run inexpensive, value for money, confidence building and anxiety management workshops monthly which are structured toward individual personal development and which generate confident positive outcomes.
Utilising a wide ranging skills set including hypnotherapy and NLP and the business/management knowledge base I have accumulated over the years of my own professional development; I have now committed to sharing my knowledge with each and every one of my clients on their journey towards confident action and increased success.
