Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective ways to make positive, lasting changes to your life.

I provide Hypnotherapy alongside Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), an equally powerful technique to help you resolve the issues which not only prevent you from achieving whatever it is you want to achieve but also from being the person you want to be.

Everyone has all the inner resources they need to make the changes they desire however sometimes we just don't know how to utilise these, so as a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, I use a mix of tools and techniques to establish new patterns of thoughts and behaviour to enable clients' make positive changes in their lives.

It is ideal for people who want to:

HYPNO-BAND Weight Loss System
5 x 1 hour sessions at £50 each - payable at end of each individual session.

This is a complete package of five one hour sessions and includes three CD's for use at home.
