I have a clinic in Chichester at The Nuffield Health and Wellbeing Centre and also in Emsworth.

I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach. I combine all of my skills and experience to ensure that you will receive the very best treatment. All of your treatments will be undertaken with full confidentiality and respect. You will be in control at all times and cannot be 'made' to do anything during Hypnotherapy that you would not do in normal circumstances.

I specialise in OCD and phobias, treating many clients successfully with fear of flying amongst the many other fears that people encounter. I also work with clients who wish to lose weight or simply eat more healthily and use many techniques including 'Gastric mind band'

I am a qualified IBS Therapists having completed a training to help clients control the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
