I have worked as an experienced alternative therapist in the North East for over 10 years. I work from a variety of places and have built up a respectable reputation nationally and locally. 

It was after a personal experiences of loosing my wife to cancer and the effects this had on my family and individuals that made me decide to start his own business DTF Hypnotherapy and to specialise in dealing with stress related conditions such as Bereavement, Bowel problems - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Diverticulitis and Eating disorders.

It was also around this time that I completed my training as a Counsellor. This coupled with Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT has enabled me to work successfully with a wide range of problems, from Phobias and Confidence Building to Weight Control and Sleeping Disorders. I have recently started working with local Dentists to support clients in dental related phobias and problems.

I offer a very caring and professional service that can make life style changes which enables individuals to improve their quality of life, health and well being.
