Hi. I have been working as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2002. Prior to this I worked in the Financial Industry for longer than I care to remember! I discovered Hypnotherapy as a methodology to allow me to better manage my stress levels and overcome issues that were holding me back.
Finding yourself free of what holds you back whether it be childhood issues, habits, insecurities, fears allows you to be more engaged in this time and space and within your life. Also finding yourself free from really annoying habits such as Smoking can allow you to feel far more in control of your life.
Thats what I endeavour to help my patients do. I dont get it right everytime (no one does )but I can honestly say that I will give you 100% of my abilities and skills to work with you to resolve your challenges. I work during the week in Orpington and on Saturdays for people who work during the week I have a clinic down at The Chiropractic Centre, 55 High St, Green St Green just a couple of minutes from Orpington and very close to both Bromley and Junction 4 of the M25.

Fees
£70 per session - I only charge per session NOT per hour. For the first session I allow 2 hours and thereafter I aim to work to a 1 hour session BUT if we need extra time I allow 1 1/2 hours per session as I prefer not to be clock watching as it can be distracting.
£150 to Stop Smoking (I used to smoke - 40 a day desperate times really can remember lighting one cigarette with the remnants of the one I was just finishing!

Q: Why do I not show an NHS number on my website ?
I do not show an NHS number on my website as we are not allowed to. The NHS number only means that you are registered to supply a service to the NHS and is given to all suppliers from Plumbers to Doctors. The number is not allowed to be shown on our websites as it implies we are authorised by the NHS and this is not the case.
Q: Why are you not on the NHS Complementary website?
Again this is not part of the NHS this is a seperate company that own the name but could imply that I am authorised by the NHS which is not the case.
Q:Are there Hypnotherapists who are in the NHS?
Yes there are and they will be Psychologists or Psychiatrists or other authorised Practitioners who are also trained Clinical Hypnotherapists. In general though your GP probably wont refer you directly to a Hypnotherapist and this type of therapy is normally accessed privately.
Q:Why dont you answer the phone or my email immediately ?
I do attempt to reply to queries or messages or as soon as possible but of course if I am with patients I need to give them my undivided attention so all phones and emails are turned off during sessions. Also if it is a Sunday or the evening I maybe otherwise engaged with my family. I will reply or return your call asap.
