I provide hypnotherapy within a framework of counselling and psychotherapy, allowing people to utilise their inner resources and potential for goal-setting to achieve lasting personal change. By enabling you to access naturally occuring hypnotic states, I can help you to defeat negative and limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

Although not a panacea, hypnotherapy is a safe, therapeutic tool which can be useful in many areas:

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I'm degree educated and have graduated from the fields of Hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and NLP

I currently hold membership with the following governing bodies in the fields of psychology, hypnotherapy and counselling, coaching and personal/professional development

The National Council of Hypnotherapy
The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy
The Association for Coaching
The British Psychological Society

Fees

A standard face to face hypnotherapy, coaching or counselling 1 hour session costs £40. I charge the same price for the initial assessment and when requested provide a free 30-minute no obligation telephone consultation.

I also offer concessionary rates for students, seniors and unemployed people. In addition, I offer discounted rates for monthly hypnotherapy packages.
