I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based near Basingstoke, Hampshire. I use hypnotherapy and analysis to effectively treat a wide range of problems that include habits, phobias, emotional and performance related issues whilst specialising in confidence, self-esteem and stress & anxiety.

I work professionally in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere on a one to one basis with complete confidentiality whilst adhering to a strict code of ethics.

My services include a FREE initial consultation that lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. During this time we can discuss your needs and requirements. I can answer any questions and ease any doubts you might have, allowing you to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with therapy. Each session thereafter is structured to suit your individual needs. As you progress towards your goals you will be learning techniques and skills to improve and enhance your life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

During my career, I have always worked very closely with people. Many years were spent with the unemployed supporting them through the difficult times in their lives. This included helping them stay focused, positive and find employment so they could improve their lives for themselves and their families.

I went on to become a registered A.D.I, Approved Driving Instructor. This requires patience, good communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people on a one to one basis.

With my experience and keen interest in helping people I extended my skills to include Hypnotherapy. I studied at the E.I.C.H, The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis. Here, I achieved a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Advanced Hypnoanalysis.

I was tutored by the Principle, Terrence Watts, a respected Hypnotherapist and Author. He is also the Founder of APHP, The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy of which I am a member. The APHP register is only available for those who have been invited to join or have studied at an APHP accredited school.

I am able to draw from my experiences and apply the skills I have learnt in both my working career and personal life. This has been invaluable to me in my role as a Hypnotherapist.
