Profile

I am a Hypno-psychotherapist living and working on the Wirral and have a particular interest in Sports Performance / Injury treatments and Hypnotherapy for those living with Dementia (I am a recognised member of the NCHP Faculty of Dementia).
I have trained with the prestigious National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP) and I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), which holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. The NCH strives to meet all of the guidelines suggested for the regulation of Complementary Medicine. I am also trained as a Reiki practitioner to Advanced level (Second degree).
Reiki is both powerful and gentle. In its long history of use it has been credited in aiding in the healing process of virtually every known illness and injury including serious problems like: multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and cancer as well as skin problems, cuts, bruises, broken bones, headache, colds, flu, sore throat, sunburn, fatigue, insomnia, impotence, poor memory, lack of confidence etc. It is always beneficial and works to improve the effectiveness of all other types of therapy

Hypnosis can be an extremely positive experience for those people living with dementia. Not just those who are suffering with the condition - but also extending to those family members who need to find the resources to be able to cope with a loved one with dementia. Through specific specialised techniques, hypnotherapy can help to improve those areas of life most affected in those people suffering with dementia. Hypnosis cannot cure or fix dementia but it can help people to live with their illness in the most positive and productive way.

Fees

Hypnotherapy sessions (typically 1 hour) - £60
Smoking cessation (typically 90 minutes) - £150
Reiki (typically 1 hour) - £45
Home / Nursing home visits can be arranged (subject to additional travelling costs)
