Me, My Weight and My Well-Being programme £310 for 8 sessions + 2 extra sessions

Individual Coaching session £40 (about 1 hour - 1.15 hours)
If you book 3 sessions and pay for them at the first appointment you get 3 sessions for the price of 2 - £80
