About me

I truly believe that every one of us can change any aspect of our lives that isn't benefitting us anymore. I help my clients to change the things they want to change, or to reach goals that they have struggled to achieve previously through insightful, results oriented solutions.
I work from the perspective that there is always a solution to every issue, and together with each client we identify creative, yet meaningful ways for them to solve their problems consciously, as well as therapeutically.
I have been in full-time private practice for over 20 years and I specialise in helping my clients by providing tailor-made solutions using a variety of therapies, tools and techniques.
I am a multi-award winning therapist, weight-loss expert and tutor and I help my clients overcome a range of problems which are listed further down this page.

The National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists (NRHP) was formed to promote the skilled use of hypno-psychotherapy. There are a number of different membership categories e.g. Associate 1, Associate 2, Associate 3 and Full Member, with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Regulated Members of NRHP are obliged to meet all the rules and regulations of NRHP including the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice and the Guidelines for Supervision and Continuing Professional Development.
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
