Candela Clinical Hypnosis is a practice run by Sue Turner DCH DHP MNCH (Reg), a clinical hypnotherapist, who has two very successful practices at Number One Harley Street Central London and in the beautiful town of Henley on Thames (close to the M4, M40 and M25).
Hypnotherapy will help you to overcome Anxiety, Depression, OCDs and Phobias. Improve your health by Stopping Smoking or Losing Weight easily and comfortably. It will help you overcome Addictions and Unwanted Habits. Learning how to relax with hypnosis will boost your Self Confidence, Self Esteem and Self Respect.
It will help you feel better about yourself and your ability to Achieve anything you really want.
Sue sees many clients with a wide range of issues and has great success with helping Children become more confident and deal social and learning problems.
The underlying theme of hypnotherapy is calmness confidence and relaxation. It will help you let go of fear and out of date thoughts and habits.
Sue has a very down to earth and holistic approach to the work. She encourages and motivates her clients to take care of themselves physically so they sleep better, feel better and look better. She would expect her clients to notice a positive change very quickly.
Most issues may need 3 to 4 appointments. However, self-esteem, confidence building, sport or presentation success may benefit from just one session. There would normally be a review of the client's feelings about the treatment at the beginning of each session.
Stopping Smoking is a one off main appointment of about two and a half hours with a complimentary follow up review session if required
The Candela Clinical Hypnosis is open for appointments as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday
First Appt 9 am Last 6pm
Some Saturday appointments - mainly for school children.
The Harley Street surgery is every Tuesday 9 am to 6pm(last appt)
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Sue is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and is a NHS registered practitioner. She works within The Lewis Clinic, a prestigious and successful Hypnotherapy practice at 1 Harley Street, London.
She trained at the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, London - one of the leading schools in its field, and is now a lecturer and supervisor at the Institute.
The practice is owned and run by Sue Turner DCH DHP MNCH(Reg), a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with 10 years of extensive experience, and a commitment to ongoing education and learning. She helps a wide range of clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Sue uses a variety of therapies to help her clients including Coaching and Counselling, Goal Setting and Motivation, Hypnosis, Hypno-analysis, Regression, Gestalt, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Fees vary according to practice location.
Sue endeavours to be realistic and fair about her fees. She charges by the appointment not by the hour. She places a lot of importance on making sure her clients leave each session feeling more positive and motivated. There is a review of each appointment on the following one.
Hypnotherapy is known as a 'brief therapy' i.e. it is important to help the client see results. Treatment usually lasts weeks - not months or years.
When choosing a therapist look at their credentials and their fee structure.How much are they charging per hour etc.
Further Information
Sue Turner ran her own bookshop for many years, which stimulated her interest in hypnotherapy. She now runs a specialist mail order internet site on hypnotherapy books and related titles. She was President of the Local Chamber of Commerce and has very intuitive approach to business. She has also worked in administration and training for several years in the NHS and Social Services. She has also worked in Publishing as an academic and commissioning representative.
Sue also runs workshops for businesses on Goal Setting and Focussing on Success, Presentations and Stress and Time Management.
She runs a series of workshops in Henley and London, on Insomnia, Dealing With Procrastination, Stopping Smoking, Losing Weight and Exam Confidence.
Sue teaches Marketing to hypnotherapy students and other therapists.
