Hi my name is Mark Derbyshire and Ive been a Hypnotherapy Nottingham practitioner since May 2000. During the last 10 years Ive helped people, through hypnosis, to overcome many personal issues and fears. I have a real passion for helping people to move forward in life through the power of hypnotherapy.

When I first walked into the hypnosis training college the two areas that people required help in the most were stop smoking and weight loss hypnosis. I dont think many people will be surprised to hear that these areas are still the most popular to date. In fact if you include hypnosis for flying, around 50 % of the people I help are through these three areas.

There are many other areas people come to me for and recently I have helped people with the following; sports hypnosis, public speaking hypnosis, hypnosis nail biting, hypnotherapy sleep and hypnotherapy anxiety.

Hypnotism is still one of the most popular ways to help people cure or overcome fears or habits. It is harmless, doesnt take long and can have fantastic results after just one session. This is why many doctors recommend hypnotherapists to their patients.

Because hypnotherapy is so big, there are many people trying to take advantage of this on the Internet with on-line hypnosis and hypnosis c ds.
