If you are experiencing behaviours that you wish to change including nail biting, overeating, and smoking or feel you are lacking in confidence and have low self esteem, then contact me for a free no obligation consultation where we can discuss your concerns in a private and comfortable room. From there, if you wish to proceed, I will make an appointment to see you again and discuss how many visits I believe will be necessary.
I use a combination of Hypnotherapy, NLP and Time Line Therapy with each session, all of which are perfectly safe and natural therapeutic tools that assist you to make the changes necessary in order to help you move toward your realistic and achievable goal.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am an Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist (DipHyp) specialising in Smoking Cessation having trained with Hypnotic Solutions Training run by Brian Jacobs in Finchley, North London.
I have the qualification of Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP) having completed my training with Quantum NLP based in Rutland.
And, I am a Time Line Therapy Practitioner (TLT) having completed my training with Joseph Clough Trainings in Cambridgeshire.
I have also attended additional trainings from world renound Hypnotist, Jonathan Chase and seminars run by Paul McKenna and Joseph Clough Trainings.
I am also carrying out further training using on-line resources with Quest Institue for WordWeaving by Trevor Sylvestor and a one year long Ericksonian Hypnosis course being run by Stephen Brooks at British Hypnosis Research based at Roehampton University, London.

In addition, we will be running one day workshops covering topics such as Stress Management, Self Esteem and Gestalt. Each course costs £55 and starts at 10am until 4pm. Other topics will follow shortly.
We will also be offering Group Counselling for areas such as Emotional Issues or Bereavement. Each session will last 2 hours and will be held on a Thursday. These sessions costs £10 each and are on-going. There is no restriction as to when you join the group and we would appreciate it if you would contact us to book your place as numbers may need to be limited depending on room space.

Fees
Initial consultation, free of charge and lasts up to an hour or so.
Smoking Cessation with a Six Month Back Up Service is £150 and lasts up to one and a half hours. It is vitally important that you, the client, are absolutely sure you wish to stop smoking for good. The more ready you are to make the change, the more successful the hypnotherapy will be for you. It is you that makes the changes, I am merely the guide to show you the way. Smoking cessation does still require some effort on your part.
All other Hypnotherapy charges are £45 per session, each lasting up to one hour.
Our counsellors charge £30 per session, each lasting one hour.

I am planning to become an EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) Practitioner in the near future and may also run some group session for weight loss, so please keep checking back to see any updates to my sites.
I also work with two highly qualified Counsellors. I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Council (under the name of Bridget Overton - my official birth name although never used other than on Official Documents). I was trained by a National Guild of Hypnotists verified Trainer in North London, and am also a member of the Association of NeuroLinguistic Programmers (ANLP).
