My name is Christina McDonald and I offer hypnotherapy based in Central London for a wide variety of concerns.
I specialise in offering hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, IBS, insomnia and musical performance. I offer a professional and confidential service in which you can discuss any concerns you have freely with me.
I have a background in musical performance and consequently, I became very interested in how our minds respond to stressful situations in which we are required to perform successfully under pressure.
My previous experiences as a performer encouraged me to explore hypnosis and eventually I made the decision to train as a hypnotherapist as it is my passion to help people become the best they can be.

Hypnotherapy is charged at £100.00 per hour.
*The Initial Consultation:
The manner of the consultation is flexible and works around your schedule and preferences. The initial consultation for hypnotherapy is FREE and will last for approximately 30 minutes.
You can choose to have a consultation with me in person or you can have a consultation via the phone if you prefer. You can also email me with your requirements and any questions you may have in regards to the hypnotherapy session and what to expect on the day.
Booking a Session:
In order to book a session, I require a deposit of £20.00 (inclusive of overall cost for the session) to cover room hire and clinic expenses. This can be paid via the paypal link on my website. The rest of the session fee will be due on the day of your appointment.
Please note in the event of a late cancellation (after 48 hours notice) or in the unlikely event of non-attendance, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Further Information
Contraindications of Hypnotherapy:
If you suffer from clinical depression, schizophrenia or epilepsy, you should consult your GP before approaching a hypnotherapist.
In the case of hypnotherapy treatments for IBS and depression, a medical referral from your doctor will be required.
*I also offer hypnotherapy for musical performance. If you are struggling with performance nerves or if you have a recital due and need some extra help, hypnotherapy can help you improve mental performance.
