I am based at the Wholly Well Clinic in Gorseinon and work every Tuesday & Friday. All therapy rooms at the clinic are tastefully decorated and clients feel a sense of wellbeing as soon as they enter the building.

Recently I have been working with people who wish to stop smoking and have enjoyed much success in this area. I now have GP's referring clients to me for smoking cessation as my programme has been so successful.

All my therapies come with a back up CD or recording sent direct to your PC, this enhances your therapy. I also send follow up emails and phone calls should you wish at no extra cost.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Hypnotherapy is such a relaxed, simple and effective way of dealing with phobias, fears, depression, confidence, motivation or overcoming any unwanted habits, such as smoking and addictions. Many people today suffer in silence when there really isn't any need.

Previous clients have fed back, that they have felt so much better after just one session with me as it has allowed them to finally off load to someone who is independant from their freinds or family. This alone has been a major step towards their recovery. Nine times out of ten, it has only been that one session that was needed.

I have decided to specialise in Smoking Cessation and Anxiety related issues as I feel these are areas in peoples life's which tend to cause the most upset and discomfort.
