I practise Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT in the North Lanarkshire and surrounding areas. I have a background in Social Care and Nursing and have particular interest in the areas of Addictions and Eating Disorders. Before becoming a Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach I practised as a Mental Health Staff Nurse and have experience in various areas within this field. Specialising in Hypnotic Gastric Band Therapy.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I trained in Hypnotherapy with Matthew Ferguson of Motivation Training In Boat of Garten (www.motivationtraining.co.uk) and achieved Certification in Practical Hypnotherapy/Practitioner of NLP and Stress Management, Certification in Advanced Hypnotherapy and Master of NLP and Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and Cognitive Behaviour Techniques.
