Catherine uses hypnosis, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) alongside counselling and psychotherapy to bring about positive and often lifelong change.
Using a range of techniques, Catherine will help you to overcome fears and addictions, improve your health and wellbeing, and boost performance.
With over three years' experience, Catherine has already helped hundreds of people to resolve their problems rapidly and without the effort or trauma that may have seemed a pre-requisite.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Catherine Jones DIHPC MGHR PNLP is an integrative hypnotherapist, psychotherapist and counsellor and a certified NLP practitioner. She uses a range of different techniques to meet the needs of individual clients including:
· Hypnosis and hypnotherapy
· NLP (neuro linguistic programming)
· CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
· Counselling and psychotherapy
Continuing professional development is an important part of her practice and she regularly attends training courses and supervision sessions.
A graduate in business studies from the University of the West of England, Catherine pursued a career in marketing and public relations before deciding to train and then practise as a clinical hypnotherapist.
She is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.

Fees
Generally £55 per session.
The only exception is smoking cessation which is charged at an all-inclusive price of £165 which includes the initial session plus any additional sessions in the unlikely event they are required.
