Michael Walker is rapidly building an outstanding reputation as a clinical hypnotherapist in South Wales. His professional, confidential and caring approach has enabled him to successfully treat many individuals with a variety of psychological and physical conditions.
Who may benefit from Hypnotherapy?
Again the answer to this question is virtually everyone. Given that hypnotherapy can be utilised to access a persons inner potential and that probably no one is performing to their actual potential, then this answer is literally true. However it is the innate healing capacity of our own body that may be stimulated by hypnotherapy. Consequently, the list of problems that can be helped is far too long and varied to list but common problems Michael has successfully worked with include: stress, anxiety, panic, phobias, smoking, overeating, alcoholism, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, exam nerves, public speaking, allergies, migraine, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
Michael is a registered EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner - proven to be particularly helpful with weight loss/control. Additionally hypnotherapy has been helpful in the area of pain management and in the areas of both sporting and artistic performance enhancement.

Michael is also able to work with anxiety and stress related problems with children. He is fully CRB checked to an advanced level.
Past Life Regression
Michael has established himself as a specialist in the field of Past Life exploration and regression. Accessing past life events using regression techniques can help to identify and release emotional scars from this and past lives. Regression under correct clinical supervision can take you into the deepest recesses of the mind and has been proven to heal repressed emotional traumas whilst clearing subconscious blockages that have occurred in this and past lives.
Michael has demonstrated the therapeutic benefits of regression to numerous people, proving that the journey into our past lives can alleviate or cure our physical and emotional wounds in the present.
Michael is currently training to be able to provide a much needed service to people with ME/CFS.
