I'm a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, with additional specialist qualifications in Hypnotherapy for Childbirth (see www.hypnotherapyforchildbirth.co.uk), Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, Hypnotherapy for Sports Performance and Past Life Regression. I also treat many discharged Forces Personnel with a variety of conditions from PTSD, sleeplessness, anxiety, anger issues, loss of confidence, panic attacks, inability to let go of loved ones who have died, etc.
Generally, I find that a combination of methods of treatment works best, and don't just rely on one discipline. My whole aim is to get a satisfactory outcome for my clients.

Many people refer to Hypnotherapy as a "Talking Therapy" - I disagree.

Hypnotherapy is no longer unregulated in the United Kingdom. The Department of Health now sponsors the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, and has circulated all GP's and similar Healthcare professionals to advise their patients to consult Hypnotherapists and other complementary medecine practitioners who are registered with this body. You can consult the register at www.cnhc.org.uk

The Department of Health itself recommends that you consult someone who is CNHC Registered
