Gastric Band Hypnosis. I specialise with Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis and have completed a very successful and carefully monitored clinical trial with the support of a local doctors surgery. The average weight loss was 2st 1lb over an eight week period.
In other respects I work with client centred therapy with hypno-analysis together with suggestion therapy. Through hypno-analysis any underlying emotions which may be contributing to the present day symptoms may be released and the client move towards a more balanced state.
It is about taking back back control and all my clients have some instruction with self-hypnosis. The sessions offer a very powerful combination.
I have been fortunate to also practice hypnosis in Germany for 3 years prior to returning to the UK in 2006.
