I provide a solution-focused hypnotherapy and coaching service. Our approach is client-centered, contemporary and caring. We can also offer training in self-hypnosis and relaxation.

I am a qualified Life Coach and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I was fortunate enough to have been trained by some of the best minds in hypnotherapy, including world leaders in Direct Hypnosis and Ericksonian hypnotherapy. Ericksonian hypnotherapy is indirect and typically resembles counselling, more than the cheap entertainment of Stage Hypnotists.

I have a practice based at the Abington Clinic, within the prestigious Abington Health Complex.

We can help you quit smoking, learn to relax, manage pain, lose weight, conquer phobias and anxieties, improve relationships and deal with stress. We can work with individuals, (men, women and children), couples and groups.

With a background in pastoral counselling and a long career in family support, mental health and learning difficulties, I have developed a compassionate, caring and contemporary approach to helping people live their lives to the fullest.
