Hi my name is Vikki Heath,I specialise in low self esteem and weight issues. I have also helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety and nervous conditions. I trained as a hypnotherapist after quitting smoking myself with the help of a hypnotherapist. As a personal trainer it really didn't fit my image, but after quitting i put on loads of weight and realised I was substituting one symptom for another.

So I trained with the IAPH and now use pure hypno anaylsis to help resolve the cause of the symptom in the first place. I also offer suggestion therapy and CLB (changing limiting belief systems). So that together we can decide which therapy is right for you i always offer a free initial consultation.
