I am an experience Clinical Hypnotherapist as well as providing NLP and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. No individual is the same as another and we all respond slightly differently. Choosing the right blend of therapies really helps to promote rapid treatment success.
Most importantly though is to enable clients to feel at ease and enjoy the therapeutic experience as this really engages the healing processes in the most positive way.

Using modern therapeutic techniques many conditions and behaviours now respond favourably to treatment. I am an advoctate of modern thinking client centred hypnotherapy. This directs treatment to the needs and personality of the my client rather than being too technique oriented.

Choosing the right therapist is a very personal and important experience. For this reason I always offer a free initial consultation to help you make sure you have made the right choice.

My particular areas of success and interest are with Anxiety, Phobias, Weight Loss and Smoking. However, I treat many others as well.
