Based in Swansea, West Glamorgan, I seek to create a warm, comfortable setting, within a safe and professional environment, that is centred around you. I will also explain all methods used so that you can feel confident and at ease with the process of positive change. Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT techniques can be highly effective at treating issues in so many areas.

Unlike many other practitioners in this field, I solely practise Hypnotherapy and NLP. I am thus able to dedicate my full time and effort to increasing my knowledge and understanding of the mind, and to working with the mind through powerful, up-to-date hypnosis and neuro linguistic techniques. Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, currently living and working in and around Swansea, South Wales UK. I carry a depth of life experience - including university education, study in Psychology and Philosophy, and formal study in self-awareness and personal development. I find I am able to combine my cumulative experience with a great knowledge and understanding of the mind, and my natural passion for facilitating positive change in others - to create a warm, open and accepting, and extremely effective setting for healing and growth.

I am highly trained to the specifications of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, and the world renowned American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming; I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and with the UKs highly respected and independent Association of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ANLP). I am also registered with the Central Register of Stop Smoking Therapists, The Fertile Body Method Register, the NHS Directory of Complementary Practitioners, and I am a qualified Emotional Freedom Therapy Practitioner.

I am always working to expand my knowledge and experience, and Ive now returned to university part-time, studying towards the H.E Certificate in Counselling; skills which are already enhancing the depth and effectiveness of my work.
