Profile

I am a lady of maturity although young at heart with much experience of life. I bring together compassion and understanding with my skills and many of the problems that I deal with I have actually experienced myself.

The way I like to work is to achieve a special trust between client and practitioner and to have a unique understanding of their problems, so that through hypnotherapy we can remove suffering and bring in lasting peace.

Clients usually are referred to me by way of mouth and are not restricted to the Sussex area.  Many come from all over the country and even from abroad, where my special way of working has become known.

Humanistic Approach
I use Psychotherapy/Hypnotherapy with the Humanistic Approach, whereby compassion is devoted towards the client and all their interests.

Many people come to see me who are largely broken by circumstances, so care, gentleness and consideration for their feelings must be the prime objective in safeguarding their way to complete health – both mentally and physically.

Family breakdown
Many parents bring their children to see me, who have suffered abuse and the consequences of family breakdown, where counselling in schools has been ineffective.  The children, with me, receive a true understanding of their problems and become confident again with peace of mind.

Self-harming
Those who self-harm find their pain and suffering is no more. Children who ride horses find that they can also achieve remarkable results.

Post Traumatic Stress
This can affect many people.  Soldiers, paramedics and fireman, to name but a few, are usually confronting death and severe injury almost on a daily basis.  Their traumas and especially their nightmares are all dealt with in a compassionate and gentle manner.

Migraine
This inconvenience has plagued many people over the years. Hypnotherapy proves a remarkable tool to alleviate their long term suffering.

Healing
Healing is administered where the need to individuals is most required.  The client experiences the feeling as if they have had the best night’s sleep in ages.  Where depression and a black cloud have finally been lifted and their minds feel completely free again.
Treatment lasts 20-30 minutes and is effective.  All who receive it benefit in a remarkable way.  Their upliftment is a joy to see.  There is no additional fee for this treatment.  It is included in the session where required.

My skills of compassion and understanding are known and the joy I feel in seeing people whose lives were broken when they first come to see me and then they are fully confident to get on with their lives, is reward indeed.

My other work is as a Spiritual Consultant.
I am able to give guidance for a better way of life through the challenges of mind, body and soul on private, both personal and family issues as well as business questions, where people are struggling to find their way through the many twists and turns of modern life, but accept that there is a Higher Intelligence above their own.
