I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Licensed Hypno-Band Practitioner (Hypno-Band is a safe and highly effective alternative to Gastric Band surgery). I offer clients understanding, warmth, wisdom and empathy in a safe and confidential environment, all of which are core ingredients for effective therapy. I am also an experienced Counsellor and Life Coach and provide hypnotherapy within a counselling framework. I will listen, not judge and will help and support clients in achieving the change they desire. I am a member of The Hypnotherapy Society, The Society for Practising Hypnotherapists, The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, The General Hypnotherapy Register and also a member of the BACP. I am also a practising Relate Counsellor.
I help clients with a wide range of issues, including two weight loss programmes (including the Hypno-Band Weight Loss System), stop smoking, stress and anxiety and panic attacks, relationship issues, low self confidence and low self esteem, alcohol problems, anger management, jealousy and many more.
Clients often choose to see me because I am not only a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist but also a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Life Coach.

£80 per one hour session, first intake session is 90 minutes

Hypno-Band (Gastric Band Hypnotherapy) - On offer at just £500 for 4-session programme, including 5 hours of therapy, CDs and handouts.
Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Programme- On offer at just £450 for 4-session programme, including 5 hours of therapy, CDs and handouts
