Quite simply, you let me know what you wish to achieve and then you book a consultation direct with myself, or, by an email consultation, during the consultation we can explore your health concern or condition and I will then give you my recommended treatment plan, which could be a One off session or if you have emotional issues, I will be able to let you know how many sessions are needed to help you to obtain the results you are after. Typically 1-3 sessions are all that are needed for things like confidence issues, self esteem, anxiety, stress etc...

Because I have such a huge range of therapies available, I can pick and mix several therapies to help you to move forward in your life in a happier, more successful way.
