Profile

I am a fully qualified and experienced bilingual Clinical Hypnotherapist in private practice since 2007, based close to the town centre in Bangor, Gwynedd.

I have a wide experience of helping people with conditions such as anxiety, self confidence and self esteem issues, in addition to other areas such as stress and IBS.

My approach is to work gently, building trust with empathy, openness, and non-judgment, supporting you through therapy with care, but as quickly as possible, by drawing on a range of therapeutic disciplines and techniques such as CBT, NLP and Counselling.

Whatever your problem, if it is affecting your quality of life, it is important to treat it seriously. After several years in practice, it is unlikely you will tell me something I have not heard before, although I understand it may be the first time that you have told anyone!

Should you decide to come for an initial consultation you can be sure of a professional, relaxed and caring service. The practice is easily accessible, yet discreet location with ample pay and display parking available nearby including disabled parking.(Be aware that our local traffic wardens are extremely efficient at their work).

The most difficult part is emailing or ringing.
Do it now and start your journey to a better future.
