You can achieve more freedom, confidence and balance in your life. Whether it is anxiety or panic; unwanted habits or addictions like smoking or drinking alcohol too much; or something else, my approach using Cognitive Hypnotherapy can guide you to become the you you want to be.
I have helped many people achieve freedom from a variety of issues over my seven years of practice.
I work from a lovely room in the Fiveways area of Brighton. I treat clients from Brighton, Hove, all over East Sussex, and from London and elsewhere.
I offer a free initial consultation at my therapy room, or over the phone, at which I assess your needs and advise on the treatment plan and number of sessions.
You don't have to be a particular type of person to benefit from my approach, you just need to really want to make the changes to achieve the many benefits freedom from your issue can bring into your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with Trevor Silvester at the renowned Quest Institute, and I continue my professional development, attending courses and further training, and reading and researching around the subject.
I am a Registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, or NCH.
I am a member of the CNHC; the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I am fully insured.
I have helped many people with a variety of different problems, over the seven years I have been in practice. Treating people with anxiety or panic; unwanted habits like smoking or drinking too much; weight loss; fears and phobias, from flying to wasps; social phobia; relationship issues; fertility issues...any problem is rooted in the thoughts which have become unwanted emotional responses, like panic or anxiety or behaviours and habits or addictions, and can be treated using Cognitive Hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Most issues are treatable with Cognitive Hypnotherapy once you have decided to take the next step.
I offer an initial free consultation at which I can get a detailed sense of what changes you are looking to make, so I can advise you on the number of sessions I recommend.
There is no obligation after the first uncharged consultation, and you may well be surprised to learn that you can be guided away from your problem or issue more easily and quickly than you previously thought possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
