I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, personal development coach and Meditation/ positive thinking teacher based in Bromley, Kent/South East London.
I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, The AICH and the CNHC I qualified with a first from the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy in London and have recently completed my Psychotherapy diploma.I bring a host of experience and skills that I do not feel other therapists in this field can provide, along side a compassionate, ethical and caring service.
For fears, phobias,exam stress, quit smoking and anxiety programs, I can teach my clients proven breathing and calming meditative/relaxation techniques to supplement their hypnotherapy.As an experienced teacher and personal user of positive thinking/assertiveness techniques, I also offer additional holistic tips and strategies that really can help you to overcome low self esteem, build confidence and create a powerfully positive future.
I am a qualified exercise teacher, although I do not teach this currently and so I can add additional expertise regarding how and when to exercise with weight loss programs.
